My work seeks to connect the past with the present, grounding me in memories that remind me to stay true to myself and connected to my heart. Through my art, I explore how colors can speak to the spiritual experiences of nature and life, capturing moments that are imprinted not through photographs, but through mental and emotional impressions. These captured moments create a sense of unity and a connection with our shared humanity.
I believe that grounding oneself in the present can offer a sense of control and clarity, especially in a world that often pulls us toward uncertainty or past regrets. My creative process embraces this mindfulness, encouraging an awareness of our bodies and surroundings, and immersing in the sensory richness of the moment. Each piece becomes a way to revisit positive memories, to savor the subtle differences between past and present, and to find comfort in what is.
By focusing on the beauty in nature and the spiritual energy within it, I aim to create works that remind us of the power of presence and reflection. It’s in these moments of mindfulness that we reconnect with the present and, ultimately, with ourselves.
