For more than fifteen years, I have been involved with public art, mostly mosaic and handmade tile, in the Bay Area. I continue to make paintings, collages, assemblage pieces and small ceramic sculptures as well. These more private works offer an opportunity to play with line, color, and texture in a largely abstract context. But animals and figures, real and imagined, make an appearance as well.
