I am interested in depicting city and landscape as they appear to me: integrated blocks of color, shape and tone which create an illusion of form. Also, how the simplification of form and the color of light and shadow can be depicted successfully on canvas.
Sometimes I begin a painting outdoors and complete it in my studio;or I paint from photos and visits.
