My art work displays the fusion of my Asian philosophical background with my European art education. I received my artistic training at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera in Milan and worked with several contemporary masters before coming to America and establishing my own printmaking studio. My primary medium is printmaking, specifically monotype, woodcut, and etching. The images I produce are non-representative, inspired by visions of natural phenomena and movement. I use color separation to highlight the interplay of lines, shapes, and forms. Through my work I attempt to display the contrasts of equilibrium and conflict, and peace and chaos.
